Voluntary Donations and Charity

Important Notice

All financial transactions on this website are not purchases of goods or services. Any transfer of funds is classified as a voluntary donation for the development of the project.

1. Nature of Donations

Mystic Forest is a private, free-to-play game server. We do not sell in-game items or advantages. All funds transferred by players are voluntary charitable contributions to the project.

The collected funds go strictly to the server's needs, including:

  • Payment for renting powerful server equipment and hosting.
  • Protection against DDoS attacks and ensuring a stable uptime.
  • Payment for advertising campaigns to attract new players.
  • Development of new locations, dungeons, and client patches.
  • Supporting the work of administration and technical specialists.

2. No Refund Policy

Since the transfer of funds is a voluntary donation, refunds (Refund / Chargeback) are not provided under any circumstances.

Refunds will not be issued in cases (including, but not limited to):

  • Account block (ban) for violating the Server Rules.
  • Loss of account access (hacking, lost password).
  • The player's refusal to continue playing on the server for personal reasons.
  • Temporary technical issues, crashes, or the project closing.
  • Accidental transfer of funds by the user.

3. In-Game Rewards

In gratitude for supporting the server, the Administration may (but is not obligated to) credit the user's account with virtual rewards (Tokens, VIP statuses, cosmetic items). These pixels hold no real monetary value, cannot be exchanged for fiat money, and remain the property of the project.

4. Agreement to Policy

By transferring funds via any payment system available on the site (including credit cards, e-wallets, and cryptocurrency), you confirm that you do so voluntarily, are of sound mind, are the lawful owner of the payment methods, and fully agree that refunds are impossible.

The store checkbox must be ticked before payment. That consent is logged (account, time, IP) as proof of agreement.

5. Disputes and chargebacks

Diamonds and VIP are digital goods delivered immediately after payment. After delivery the product cannot be returned, so refunds are not available.

Opening a dispute or chargeback after the reward is received is a breach of this policy. The Administration may ban the account and remove diamonds or VIP.
